Life is busy and it can be challenging enough to make time for a consistent yoga practice let alone try and make it to a studio class on a specific day and time. To help you create and maintain a regular yoga practice, I created this virtual yoga space where you can rent or purchase classes and workshops to follow along with from the comforts of you home, while away on business or while away on vacation. When your schedule does permit, I recommend practicing under the guidance of your teacher as there are countless way your teacher can assist you (ie. postural alignment, injury prevention, meditation and breath techniques.
My intention with this library is to add 30-60 minutes asana practices each week. I am also working on creating a series of classes focus on the chakras, pranayama and meditation practices, plus tutorials on beginner and advanced posture practices.
