For those of you who have shared in one of our live or online classes, we do our best to go beyond the postural experience and look to offer you ways to take the practice and teachings of yoga with you long after you roll up your yoga mat. And this, our newly launched blog, will be an extension of that.
We strive to create an upload meaningful tips, lessons and bits of philosophy rooted in the Yoga and Ayurvedic traditions. Each week we will bring you a short read on a variety of topics including yoga posturing and technique, breath and meditation practices, Ayurveda philosophy, nutritional recipes and meal ideas as well as recaps from our studio happenings and celebrations.
