Join Fran Dunn in this fun workshop to learn 3 cool things about essential oils, the 3 ways to use essential oils, and how essential oils can help you live a more natural lifestyle simply and affordably.

Our mom & baby yoga program is a weekly yoga class that helps you learn to nurture and respect your forever changed body as you reestablish a new found sense of strength, stamina and flexibility in a variety of ways.

Class will run for 6 weeks. Pre-registration can be done though email or by phone.

$75 + tax for all 6 weeks. 

$15 + tax drop-in rate.


For yoga teachers

Centered around creating and delivering group appropriate yoga classes, this training will expand your knowledge and ability to weave together purposeful posture sequences, breath and meditation techniques. Topics to be covered include : sequencing, assisting, philosophy, pranayama, meditation, chakras and Ayurveda.

Sessions are held Sunday mornings from 8:00am - 10:00am on the following dates:

The journey of learning to fulfill these four desires is how each of us creates our unique path to lasting happiness and, at the same time, how we each achieve our most vibrant, creative and meaningful contribution to the world.

This is a yoga training like no other. You will uncover your life’s purpose, discover your heart’s desires and learn how to apply tantric science in the art of fulfilling them, heighten your intuition, learn the ancient process for fulfilling specific intentions and apply the most effective processes for breaking free from your non-constructive patterns.

In a world that is constantly in motion, being able to stop our busy-ness and rest in stillness is, for many, elusive. Yet we know that it is only through rest that the body physically heals and restores the healthy balance of our systems. Yoga Nidra is the practice of being guided into stillness and allowing the bodies' natural healing to take place. As you allow the body to settle, healing can take place, you can unlock creativity and you tune in to a deep sense of being guided.

Taught by Heather the last Sunday of the month. Check back for the next date.

In this next lecture on the philosophy and practices of Ayurveda we look to the doshas. The doshas are the defining principles of our unique physical and mental make up, or constitution, and by discovering what our most natural tendencies are, we learn to properly and continually adjust that which we have control over to help us live life a balanced life. 


Come learn about Vata, Pitta & Kapha and what your unique combination looks like. You'll leave with tidbits of information and basic practices that you can start applying every day to help you fell more alive and aligned.
