Our mom & baby yoga program is a weekly yoga class that helps you learn to nurture and respect your forever changed body as you reestablish a new found sense of strength, stamina and flexibility in a variety of ways.

Join us a blended workshop of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Auricular Acupuncture and the complimentary healing experience of restorative yoga and guided meditation. In this 2 hour class, Terilyn will share in the teachings of TCM before applying ear seeds to each participant. During application and treatment, Michelle will guide you through a restorative yoga practice and guided meditation. Sink into deep relaxation and acupuncture trea​tment to help you feel balanced and revitalized.

Open to families with children 2 - 5yrs of age, family yoga is a great way to be active and have fun while exploring the teachings of mindfulness and self-care.

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night, shortest day of the year and the beginning of winter.Celebrate this magical event with Barbie Leggett and Spiro Pappas aka The Cosmic Sound of Yoga through the sacred practice of 108 Sun Salutations followed by a deeply restorative yoga practice.

This will be a profound journey of moving meditation, gratitude and devotion, enhanced by the mystical and rhythmic sounds of music.108 is a sacred number in yoga philosophy and is viewed by many as the wholeness of existence. 108 also connects the Sun, Moon, and Earth, with the average distance of the Sun and the Moon to Earth being 108 times their respective diameters.

This practice is for all levels with a focus on sharing breath and energy and a time to reflect, rejuvenate, and restore. Limited spaces available. Please pre-register to save a spot.

A progressive 6 Week Yoga Program designed for all levels and ability where the foundations of yoga will be taught and a focus on injury prevention and respecting limitations.

Aside from deepening your posture practice, in this in-depth yoga studies program you will develop and take home various tools and techniques to help build a strong and beneficial daily meditation and contemplation practice, broaden your understanding of yoga philosophy and history through the study of Pantanjali's Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita as well as explore the teachings and healing practices of Ayurveda.
